We have 4 active clans represented here. I will do my best to remember who is where.

Anyone without a clan designation will be placed in the appropriate clan upon completion of clan requirements.

Talon is a clan, but it's part of the much larger Mandalorian Mercs organization. Our other clans won't form until enough people join to form them, and at that point the clans will pick their own clan leaders from the members who signed the clan formation papers and submitted them in to the Cuy'Val Dar Council. Right now, Talon clan is only made up of the mercs members in the Southeast USA with Valcar as an honorary member since he's all alone right now in the UK. All the other Mercs members are waiting for clans to sprout up in their area so we can put them in those. Un-clanned Mercs members will be filed into large regional clans that cover a certain area of the US and Europe until they can clan up locally.

We are trying to keep an organizational structure that allows everyone to participate in the voting, leading, and governing process. Clans that form will set their clan name (be it the name if the first clan leader, or whatever the clan votes on as suitable.) , create a clan symbol for their armor if they wish, and create a clan flag they can carry while trooping, attending cons, or doing charity events.

Perhaps we should allow members the opportunity to choose which clan they are to be assigned. Once a member chooses the clan that they wish to be assigned to, a request is submitted to the clan leader and they go on from there. For instance, if FireTiger22 did not want to participate with the Star Corps and would rather be a member of The Bloodnaughts. She would send a request to Ky for assignment approval and so forth. As for Novall, he has his own site to do with members as he or they wish. Lovely site, by the way, Novall. I'm really excited about getting a set of armor put together. I will gladly join the Mercs once my armor is complete.

Awesome! I've told Jiang once you both are ready to go, we'll find you a 3rd person and you guys can start your own clan if you wish. Once we have enough people, we can start doing some charity events and get ourselves noticed. I'm hoping by next year we can have a booth at AdventureCon and DragonCon (east coast) and perhaps some west coast and UK cons.

At the moment Clan Falco has 2 members with another 3 in the making. 2 of them should be ready for Dragon Con.
