Weathered the belly plate:
Duct-taped the chest, shoulders, and belly plate to an old doublet... which is the wrong size, so it doesn't look quite right, but still gives a basic idea:
This isn't the doublet that it's going to be attached to eventually, was just something I had handy to tape the armor to. :? |

Not yet... I'm hammering out the design with Ashcraft Baker for an SCA legal "medieval mando" helm on a budget. :twisted:
Although for trooping/costume purposes, I'd *love* one of HS's cast aluminum buckets. |
