| I've been working on creating ethnic Mandalorian music. I have a couple songs already, but I'm working on converting them into mp3 formats. Once I do, I'll put up some links to them. I tried playing the music on actual instruments, but the only recording equipment I have is a video camera so it sounds like osik. I got guitar pro a few days ago and am using that now because it has a clear, though electronic, sound. So once I'm able to get the format changed, I'll post them here. |

| I'm thinking about starting a weekly/bi-weekly Mando jam session. It won't be true, full-blooded Mandalorian music, but it'll be meant to have a Mando feel. I'll put up a new clip and take down the old one after every session, recorded on a video camera. Sound quality isn't exceptional (barely sub-par), but it's something. If no one wants to listen, I won't bother, and I mean that in a polite way. It will be a jam session; improvisation to my own conception of what Mandalorian music sounds like, mostly down solo on either the drums or the bass. I might be able to talk my bandmate into jumping in every now and then, but it'll mostly be me. If I get feedback, it'll all help form a definitive style. I'm only going to try it out though if I get some support, because it's a lot of work to record even a small jam clip. So give me your thoughts! The more support there is the more motivated I'll be! |
